Pickled mixed forest mushrooms

Bojan & Anja, father and daughter, the forager with the highest title of determinator mentor and an enthusiastic mushroom picker, both cooks by heart and supporters of local suppliers. Using local ingredients, we prepare delicious dishes that satisfy both hungry adventurers and gourmet lovers. Together we pick more than 100 different edible species of mushrooms in the forests of Bovec region. Every jar is therefore unique because nature doesn’t accept orders.

You can put the pickled mixed forest mushrooms on your charcuterie board, pizza or your favorite salad.

The product received quality certificate Soča Valley Finest.

Ingredients: Forest mushrooms, alcohol vinegar, water, salt, coriander, pepper, bay.

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
